Important information
- To enter Ethiopia, a passport valid for at least 6 months after your return is required, along with a visa.
- A large part of Ethiopia lies in a malaria zone, so we recommend taking anti-malarial medication.
- We also suggest getting vaccinated for yellow fever before your trip.
- During the tour, we’ll have a 3-day expedition to Danakil. Be prepared for very basic conditions without showers or toilets, and we’ll sleep on mattresses under the open sky (blankets will be provided). The reward for this adventure will be the stunning salt desert, the active erupting volcano, star-gazing under the night sky, and the vibrant geothermal sulfur lakes.
